Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressing the public on Monday, at the bhumi pujan of Vishv Umiya Dham in Gujarat. He said “those who believe in Maa Umiya can never support female foeticide. I appeal to you all – let’s create a society where there is no gender discrimination.”
Emphasis on his government working style he stated that “our work will always be at a large scale, benefiting to all sections of the society.” He further said that it is important to give prominence on top quality education for youngsters at the community level.
He thanked the saints who always helped the society for its betterment and remarked that “no one can ever forget the roles of Saints and Seers in strengthening our society. They have given us valuable teachings. They even gave us the strength to fight evil and oppression. Our saints and seers taught us to absorb the best of our past and, at the same time, look ahead and keep changing with the times.”
