Amdavad: Near relief cinema in Amdavad, The Gujarat Anti-terrorism squad (ATS) team and Crime Branch were allegedly attacked by the underworld sharpshooters on August 18. The ATS and Crime Branch got the information about underworld sharpshooters and tried to arrest them.
Senior police official said “We raised the hotel late on Tuesday night but before we could react, the man pulled out a gun from the back of his waist and fired upon police officers. Luckily no police official or policemen was hurt. We have held the person and further interrogation is going on”
“Underworld sharpshooters came to kill former politician and former state home minister Gordhan Zadafia.” Ministry of state for home Pradipsinh Jadeja tweeted

Ministry of state for home Pradipsinh Jadeja praised the Gujarat police for its bravery and said “Two Sharpshooters were arrested in this operation”
