Mumbai – June 29: Actor Shilpa Shetty donned a retro look inspired by former actress Sadhana and her mother, Sunanda Shetty for the upcoming episode of the Dance reality show, Super Dancer 4.
“I had so much fun shooting this episode that I cannot express it in words! The kids and the choreographers have put up some wonderful acts, and it just transported us back to the Golden Era of Bollywood,” Shilpa told Media.
The judges, Shilpa Shetty, Anurag Basu, and Geeta Kapoor were joined by seasoned actor Annu Kapoor on the sets of Super Dancer to celebrate the Golden era of Bollywood.
“We had Annu Kapoor Ji with us, who shared interesting trivia and anecdotes that left us in awe. And to see Annu Ji dance on some of these numbers was quite a treat! As for my look in this episode, it’s inspired by my mom’s younger days and Sadhanaji,” says the actress.
The makers of the show came up with a retro-themed episode by giving an ode to Bollywood’s Golden Era where everything from decor to costumes and performances was as per the theme. The show, Super Dancer 4 airs on the Sony Entertainment channel every weekend.
