India has witnessed the single handed efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s campaigns in 2014 when he sworn in as India’s Prime Minister. While in 2019 the BJP President Amit Shah has campaigned strongly in national election. As many as 14 different campaign themes were launched by BJP. There were 15,682 party workers reached out to 24.81 crore beneficiaries of central schemes.
Prime Minister’s campaign launched on March 28 from Meerut and ended on May 17 at Khargone in Madhya Pradesh. In the meantime he addressed 142 rallies and four roadshows, covering a distance of 1.05 lakh kilometers. More than 1.5 crore people (approx. population of Zimbabwe) took part in his political events. He has interacted with over 10,000 party workers and worked on venue with maximum temperature in Itarsi that was 46 °C. He has worked in venues at the lowest temperatures of 18°C at Elo in Arunachal Pradesh.
Similarly Amit Shah has addressed 161 poll rallies and have covered over 312 Lok Sabha Constituencies. He took part in 18 roadshows and have travelled over 1.6 Lakh kilometers that is 1166 kilometers per day. In the meantime he stayed at various places for 46 days.
Finally the BJP campaign has summed at a good closure that opts for no regrets than it was in 2014. Modi and Amit Shah’s campaigning has left no stone unturned for winning the national elections.
