Mumbai: Bollywood actor Kartik Aryan took to social media on Thursday to announce his upcoming film, Satyanarayan ki Katha.
In his Instagram post, he said the film is close to his heart. It marks his first collaboration with film producer Sajid Nadiadwala.
The film will be an epic love story starring Kartik in the lead. While his previous ventures were in a similar genre, the audiences are expected to watch the actor showcase a new and unexplored narrative.
Directed by Sameer Vidwans and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Satyanarayan Ki Katha is being co-produced by Namah Pictures and is expected to go on floors by the end of the year for a possible release in theatres next year.
Satyanarayan Ki Katha is a musical love saga that brings together a powerhouse of people who are National award-winning names.
“It’s also a first for me with Sameer Vidwans sir who has an astute sense of making sensitive topics highly entertaining films, he added.
On the other hand, Sajid Nadiadwala said it will be his first collaboration with Kartik Aryan who will bring new energy to the project.
Kartik Aryan also has films like Dhamaka, which will be seen on OTT, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, with Kiara Advani and Tabu, lined up for release.
