On the behaviour of careless people, Dr. Guleria said “Some people are less fearful since they feel that the infection will be mild if they catch it and therefore, fail to adhere to Covid-appropriate behaviour,”

“The possibility of youngsters infecting the elderly group is high, therefore, elders and priority groups need to take the vaccine,” Dr. Guleria added.

The rise of the coronavirus in the country could be a new challenge for the government and the people also. In the last 24 hours, the health ministry reported more than 70 thousand cases which are also ‘red alarm’ for everyone in the nation.

Medical and health experts believe that “In the last one year, we all have learned that, how we should behave and how much we should remain alert. Government is consistently advising people to follow the guidelines of coronavirus and avoid crowd and mass gatherings.”

The central government already improved its vaccination drive and vaccinating lakhs of citizens daily. Around 6.5 crore people in India are vaccinated with the first dose so far. India’s vaccination drive is the fastest in the world and it could be improved more in the future.
