India Vs Australia First T20 – India won by 11 Runs

Mumbai: India beat Australia by 11 runs in first T20 Match at Canberra on Friday. Australia has won the toss and decided to bowl first.

India had fixed 162 runs target for team Australia and in second inning Australia made 151 in 20 overs after losing 7 wickets.

Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja played a game-changing knock of 44 runs in the first innings of the Canberra T20I against Australia. With this innings, Ravindra Jadeja has created a new record for the highest score by an Indian batsman batting at number 7 or below in a T20I match

The hosts got off to a good start with early dismissals for Shikhar Dhawan and Virat Kohli. KL Rahul carried on the innings with a 40 ball 51 run, but he fell to the brilliance of Moises Henriques.

Yuzvendra chahal and T.Natrajan took the 3-3 wickets respectively and D.Chahar received one wicket only.
